/ our journey so far, from bubble soccer scotland to a new bubble soccer world website

Bubble Soccer World has had a major glow up with our website being completely updated with a fresh look, new options for our customers and more locations!

This is the story of how Bubble Soccer Scotland led to Bubble Soccer England, which eventually became Bubble Soccer World, and why we have launched a new and improved website to match the experience we offer on the pitch.

The Early Days of Bubble Soccer Scotland

12 years ago, our Managing Director Gary McShane, created Bubble Soccer Scotland. Bubble Soccer goes by many names, Zorb Football, Bubble Football, Zorbing Football… the list goes on. Bubble Soccer was first originated in Norway by the legendary Henrik Elvestad and Johan Golden making its debut on their Tv Show Golden Goal back in the early 2000’s. Gary say a market for this in Scotland at a time when Bubble Football was still a brand-new concept for many people. The idea was simple, put people inside giant inflatable bubbles, give them a football, and let chaos unfold in the most fun way possible.

As business grew and bookings started to come in thick and fast, it was clear that this was going to go somewhere and fast! Running events across Scotland taught us valuable lessons. Reliability mattered just as much as fun. Clear communication, well organised sessions, and friendly hosts made all the difference. These foundations shaped how we operated and set standards we still follow today.

Expanding South with Bubble Soccer England

With this being such a success in Scotland, the next step was obvious, moving further afield and going south of the border. Our Bubble Soccer England website was created and helped our business continually grow. With more locations such as Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle, we became busier and knew that to help us grow as a company, adding more activities would help us expand even more. Combat Archery, Football Darts, Goggle Football, Dodgeball and Old School Sports Day were added to meet wider group needs and give more options to our customers.

The success of Bubble Soccer England confirmed what we suspected all along. People wanted fun, hassle free activities delivered by a team that genuinely cared about their experience.

Bringing Everything Together as Bubble Soccer World

With Bubble Soccer Scotland and England running successfully side by side, it eventually made sense to bring them both together under one name. This is how Bubble Soccer World was created.

It wasn’t about starting afresh; it was about bringing together everything we had learned and gain into one main identity. One brand that represents exciting, hilarious and fun activities through the UK and Europe. We expanded outside the UK to offer the same great experiences while making it easier for customers to understand exactly what we do. Whether you are booking a stag do, a kid’s party, or a corporate team building day, everything now lives under one roof. With locations such as Berlin, Budapest and Amsterdam added to the website, it meant the likes of Combat Archery or Football Darts we’re more accessible for our customers in Europe to join in on the fun.

Importantly, the things people loved never changed. Bubble Football remains our most popular activity, pitch hire is always included with no hidden charges, and our sessions are still led by experienced hosts who know how to keep the energy high and the games flowing.

Why We Updated the Website

As the business evolved, we knew it was time for a change. Our website has grown over time, and while it worked, it was not as clear or user friendly as it could have been. It was time to move forward and create something that was better suited towards our customers and to help making booking with us as easy as possible.

We also wanted the website to reflect the fun and energy of our sessions. Better visuals, clearer descriptions, and improved structure help give a true sense of what to expect on the day.

What Has Not Changed

Although the website looks new, our job here at Bubble Soccer World remains the same, giving the customer an unforgettable experience.

Whether is Combat Archery for a stag do, Bubble Football for a kid’s party or Football Darts for a team building day out, we still focus on delivering high quality, energetic and memorable activities.

The rebrand and website update simply bring our online presence in line with the experience people already enjoy on the pitch.

Looking Ahead

From Bubble Soccer Scotland to Bubble Soccer England and now Bubble Soccer World, the journey has been shaped by our customers, our team, and a shared love of active fun.

The new website marks an exciting step forward, but it is only part of the story. We are always looking to improve, add new ideas, add more locations and make booking group activities as easy and enjoyable as possible.

If you have joined us before, thank you for being part of the journey. If you are new here, we cannot wait to welcome you. Take a look around the new site, explore the activities, and get ready for an unforgettable experience with Bubble Soccer World.
